What about the C-Level? Who benefits from having a coach? What's the rationale for matching up a coach with a C-Level executive? What do you look for and, most importantly, how do you measure success?
These questions and more will be covered in this engaging event, presented by Jim O'Hern, Lee Hecht Harrison.
